Another bathroom had a leak and he determined the problem was a faulty faucet so he replaced that. That was an unexpected job and he did it without complaint. We had damaged ceiling tiles in our lower level and he cut and replaced those. Patrick is very skilled, very knowledgeable and very professional. “It was completed perfectly. Had to move a wall in a pantry to increase the size from a 24” oven to 27”. You’d never know the pantry was modified. Did it in half the estimated time with half the price.

“It is a guy who runs his own business. I have him do everything. He is very good, and he deserves the highest rating you have. He is really really good. He does everything from minor repairs, to wood working, to repairing the deck, and siding on the house. I don’t remember how much he stayed. It was not a deal through Angie’s list it was his hourly rate. He is extremely professional and he does everything well. he is a really really good guy and he does excellent service. If you wanted to call him today for an appointment you would have to wait 2 months. He is that booked.”
